Core Duties
Duties and responsibilities will vary based on location and current conditions, but can be constructed to cater to all environmental, geographic, and industrial settings. Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Administration of onsite clinic
- Performance of occupational testing
- Inspections, including MMS, ABS, Pre-USCG
- Documentation of all onsite illnesses and injuries
- Assist in incident investigations
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis
- Manage medical evacuations
- Participate in safety meeting and processes
- Keep site HSE personnel informed of potential health or safety risks
- Perform Job Site Observations
- Develop Site JSA
- Norm monitoring
- Gas monitoring
- Health and Hygiene inspections
- Communicate effectively with Medical Director and Inotek management
- Operate all equipment and have detailed knowledge of all medications, treatment protocols, and supplies
- Be informed of all on site operations and conditions
- Keep logs, reports, files, POB, or other documentation as required
- Administer onsite drugscreens
